Print Preview
Most printer driver programs have a print preview option. This allows you to see exactly what you will print before you print it. This is especially useful when printing from the internet. You can also move images around. Pages could become boring or disorganized. A quick glance could confirm that all is well.
Print what you need
Only print the portion you need to print. It is not worth printing graphics or text you don’t use. Printing from the internet is easy. Highlight the text that you want to print, and then print it. Printing out a document that only contains what you need is the best way to go.
Use compatible ink cartridges
Although you won’t get as much ink from a compatible cartridge as you would with an OEM cartridge of the same brand, you will save money. Compatible printer inkjet cartridges can be used for large print jobs. Compatible ink is best if you need to print a lot of copies of pages in black and white.
Get More Black Ink
You can skip the color if you don’t intend to present the printed outs as information or projects. You can save ink later on by setting your printer to print in colorless. It is not worth wasting color ink on web or text prints.
